The starting place is wherever you are. When you contact Megan, you’ll be asked to contemplate a few questions. You’ll be given an appointment. Megan is happy to meet with you online or at her home studio in beautiful San Diego, California.
First meetings are 90 minutes long. In your confidential private sessions, you’ll be encouraged to discuss your concerns, stories, and healing ambitions. As you share the ways you nourish and care for your body, mind, and spirit, you and Megan will begin to strategize your initial practices and experiments. Megan will guide you through movement, breathing and contemplation. Your efforts and commitment are paramount. This is your investment and your journey to joy. Every practice will include reflection and contemplation so you will learn what works for you… and what doesn’t.
You’ll be given a personalized practice for your exploration at home. To ensure appropriate space to observe and feel the effects of your practices, Megan asks that you commit to at least eight sessions. Your personal practices and strategies will be refined as you progress and transform.
Rates for 2024 are $170 for the first session. $150 for the following sessions, which run between 60-75 minutes. Please enquire to discuss personalized packages to suit your aspirations and needs.
